Weight and everyday carrying

When a water bottle is carried full every day, the weight of the body becomes important. One liter of water already weighs approximately one kilogram; a heavy body increases the load in a bag. How should sustainability be compared?

One-line statements such as “glass is natural,” “stainless steel lasts forever,” or “plastic is always bad” do not explain a product’s life cycle.
